"We are the Red or Black syndicate consisting of 10 mates from Galway. We cannot praise Andy highly enough for the work he has done with Mandarin Monarch. Mandarin was a flat bred horse that Andy helped us claim in Dundalk in October 2016. Over the last two years he has trained him to win four races for us - two on the flat and two over hurdles. He was a 3yo when we claimed him and Andy schooled him over hurdles from the beginning. The horse had a couple of injuries but Andy nursed him back to full health and he has won races for us after the injuries. Andy is very approachable, welcoming and knowledgeable - he allows us to visit the horse to watch him on the gallops anytime and answers any questions we have on training or plans for him. We couldn't recommend him as a trainer highly enough. "
