​Excellent Performance

While it was disappointing to get chinned on the line, we were delighted by the performance of Very Excellent on his most recent start at Clonmel. The 3yo son of Casamento had no sooner out battled favorite Elite Trooper Grey when well fancied Kastasa came with a late run for the in-form Weld yard.

This is a very athletic horse who has taken to jumping with relish. He has been sold to stay in the yard and we think he could be very nice to look forward to as a dual-purpose prospect.
